If you are interested in finding out more about being appointed to your precinct and voting in the Caucus, please do the following immediately:
1) Contact your county election department to:
a) verify you are registered to vote at your current address,
b) have them tell you what precinct you reside in

2) Immediately email mt@ronpaul2008.com. and specifically include all the following:
a) your name and all of your contact information
b) your county and
c) your precinct number.

All of this information is vital to send.
I will confirm if the precinct you live in is vacant, and will contact you to give further details on how to begin the simple process of being appointed as an official committee member.

OTHER THINGS YOU CAN DO:

1) If your precinct position is already filled, contact your county election department to ask for the name and contact information of both your precinct committeeman and committeewoman. They are to represent you and your precinct, so you have the right and responsibility to contact them. I recommend asking them for a time to meet personally to discuss with them why you are passionate about Ron Paul.
Encourage them to represent you by casting a vote for Ron Paul at the February Presidential Caucus. Your precinct person may not yet know a lot about Ron Paul. Be prepared to share with them the many ways they can learn more. Some may not have internet access, so come with DVD's, Slim Jims, Position Statements, etc.. For those precinct people that do use the internet, encourage them to do their due diligence by visiting the Ron Paul 2008 campaign website, as well as visiting Google and YouTube to learn more about Ron Paul.
